What’s Your Role at The Carers Centre?

 

I am a Carers Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker.

My role involves delivering informal Coping with Caring workshops to carers across Leicestershire, which means that I get to meet so many wonderful carers who are doing an

invaluable job caring for others daily; they are all truly inspirational.

How did you get involved with The Carers Centre?

​

I began working for The Carers Centre in April 2024.

​​​

Prior to this, I have worked in a variety of roles across the public, private and charity

sectors and have found that in each role the element of supporting people is

where my heart and passion lies.

​​

I feel very lucky to be part of the work that The Carers Centre do and a

member of the Team.
